This beam time application submitted in June 2022 is a continuation request by the CBM Collaboration to the General Program Advisory Committee (G-PAC) of GSI/FAIR, following the proposals which were granted in 2017 [4] and 2020 [5] within the FAIR phase-0 program of GSI / FAIR. This report describes the setup and results of a 2024 experiment on beam-based measurement of the Orbit Response Matrix (ORM) for the GSI Heavy Ion Synchrotron SIS18, characterising the standard doublet optics at extraction energy. The measured ORM is explicitly presented for reference. [...]
