Note: Nutropy is a French startup that develops the next generation of dairy and cheese alternatives. We produce bioidentical milk ingredients (proteins and fatty acids) to develop premium cheese alternatives that taste as good as conventional cheese but are more sustainable, healthier and better for the animals. This project is dedicated to the development of a new line of hybrid animal-free cheese alternatives containing pulses.
