680 _ _ |a Das Projekt erforscht IL-38, ein entzündungsauflösendes Zytokin der IL-1-Familie. Es reguliert die Anti-Tumor-Immunität und könnte Immuntherapien bei CRC verbessern. Mit Multispektralbildgebung und Durchflusszytometrie werden Zielzellen und Signalwege untersucht, die durch IL-38 moduliert werden.
